The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of maintenance activities both for Project Maintenance Contractor and in-house Maintenance Technicians.Planning, monitoring and implementation of all departmental work orders prepare and schedule all work orders according to its priority and materials availability.Administer and enforces the preventive maintenance program to ensure continuous and operating conditions of all Store equipment’s and Head Office Machine equipment’s and FacilitiesConduct studies and make recommendation or plans to improve the performance of facilities and equipment and energy savings initiativeImplement the Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program.Administer and enforces Safety program Standard Practices.Conduct Root Cause Analysis using the Right Tools and Maintenance Approach.Conduct In-house Cost Estimate of all Maintenance Project.Other Matters related to any Maintenance Activities as needed.
